Can I pay by invoice?
Absolutely. Simply select the "Pay by Invoice" option during the registration process. If you run into any problems or have technical questions, reach out to us at info@pulseforum.co.
When will I receive my entry pass?
Your digital pass will be sent out to your inbox 2 weeks before the forum kicks off.
Will there be physical badges?
In the spirit of a visionary future, we are going paperless. No physical badges will be issued. Your entry is managed entirely through the digital pass on your mobile device.
Is catering provided?
Yes. Fuel for thought is essential - lunch is included for all participants on both days of the forum.
Where is the magic happening?
PULSE 2026 takes place at: Hanzas Perons, Hanzas iela 16A, Riga.
What’s the policy on what I can bring?
To keep the atmosphere safe and focused, dangerous objects, professional photo/video gear (without prior approval), and outside alcohol are not permitted. We reserve the right to restrict items to ensure everyone’s safety.
Can I bring my pet?
We love animals, but for safety reasons the forum remains a pet-free zone.
What language is the forum held in?
English is our primary language. However, we believe in accessibility: simultaneous translation (English/Latvian) will be available on both days, and the program includes at least one Latvian-language discussion on each day.
Is the venue accessible for everyone?
Hanzas Perons is partially accessible for persons with functional impairments. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please reach out to us at info@pulseforum.co in advance so we can ensure you have a seamless experience.
I’m with the media. How do I join?
We welcome storytellers! Please email communications@makingmagic.lv with your media details and interest. We’ll be in touch regarding accreditation.
