EVENT DESCRIPTION
PULSE is an international future culture forum that brings together creators of events and experiences, brand representatives, and industry professionals to discuss industry development trends and foster new collaborations. The event will take place on 28–29 October 2026 in Riga, at Hanzas Perons. The programme includes lectures, panel discussions, and networking activities. The content of the event focuses on innovation and the development of new cultural formats within the live communication industry (hereinafter – the Event).
REGISTRATION, SECURITY AND REVIEW
The Event is open to participants who register via the Organizer’s online registration platform and pay the participation fee, which serves as the basis for receiving a digital ticket on a mobile device (entry ticket to the Event).
By registering for the Event, participants agree to comply with the Event rules, including the provision of accurate (non-misleading) information during registration, payment of the participation fee, and adherence to internal rules during attendance.
Participants are required to provide the following information upon registration:
-Full name
-Phone number
-Email address
-Organisation / educational institution
-Country
-Meal preference
-Translation requirement
-Photo
The Organizer processes personal data lawfully and in good faith, ensuring transparency, purpose limitation, data minimisation, and storage limitation in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Registration is considered confirmed only after approval of the application and receipt of full payment. A confirmation email will be sent to the participant. Registrations without completed payment will not be confirmed.
To ensure a safe environment, the Organizer reserves the right to review all participation requests. If a registration is declined and payment has already been made, the fee will be refunded in full.
For security reasons, the Organizer and its contracted security personnel reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who is under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or other intoxicating substances, behaves aggressively, disrupts the safety or comfort of others, or violates Event rules. In such cases, the participation fee is non-refundable.
REGISTRATION
Registration for the Event is conducted online via the Organizer’s registration platform.
Registration is considered confirmed only after approval of the application and receipt of full payment. A confirmation email will be sent to the participant.
PARTICIPATION FEE
The participation fee includes access to the Event, its content and activities, as well as catering as specified in the Event programme (28–29 October 2026). The participation fee does not include travel, accommodation, or other personal expenses.
Participation fees are as follows:

223,98 EUR (excluding VAT) for Early Bird registration (first 100 tickets).
The Early Bird offer is valid until 1 June 2026 or until the first 100 tickets are sold out (whichever occurs first). The Early Bird fee applies only if:
a) the registration is submitted; and
b) the payment is completed in full.
Registrations without completed payment will not be confirmed.

243,66 EUR (excluding VAT) for Regular registration.
The Regular fee applies only if:
a) the registration is submitted; and
b) the payment is completed in full.
Registrations without completed payment will not be confirmed.

140,06 EUR (excluding VAT) for Student registration.
The Student fee applies only if:
a) the registration is submitted;
b) the payment is completed in full; and
c) a valid student ID is provided upon request.
Registrations without completed payment will not be confirmed.
In addition to the participation fee set by the Organizer, a payment processing fee may apply as determined by the ticketing platform, as well as VAT at the applicable rate (21%).
Until 30 September 2026, the Organizer reserves the right to increase the participation fee (up to 10% of the paid amount) if changes occur in included services or catering costs.
The Organizer reserves the right to offer additional paid services until the Event date.
Participants are advised to regularly check their email, including spam folders, for updates.
PLEASE NOTE
The forum programme is conducted in English.
The Organizer is not responsible for any bank or transaction fees.
The Organizer cannot be held liable for any costs incurred prior to final confirmation of registration.
The Organizer does not cover any travel or accommodation costs related to participation.
Participation is confirmed only after full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.
CATERING
Lunch is provided each day of the Event, with a choice between a standard and a vegan option. Other dietary requirements are not guaranteed.
Complimentary coffee is provided in the morning. Additional food and beverages may be available for purchase.
PROGRAMME CHANGES
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the programme, content, speakers of the Event at any time.
Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The total liability of the Organizer for any claims shall not exceed the participation fee paid by the participant.
ACCESS AND ACCESSIBILITY
Participation is granted via a digital ticket (mobile device). Physical badges are not issued. The Organizer reserves the right to request identification upon entry.
The venue is partially accessible to persons with functional impairments. Participants with specific accessibility needs are encouraged to contact the Organizer in advance.
Micromobility devices (e.g. bicycles, e-scooters) may be parked using available infrastructure at the venue. The Organizer is not responsible for personal belongings left on-site.
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The Organizer is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
PROHIBITED ITEMS AND RESTRICTIONS
It is prohibited to bring dangerous items, including weapons or explosive materials, alcoholic beverages, outside food, or large bags into the Event venue.
Animals are not permitted at the Event venue.
The Organizer and security personnel reserve the right to inspect personal belongings.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Registrations are issued individually and are non-transferable.
If a participant is unable to attend or does not attend the Event, the participation fee is non-refundable.
Name changes are allowed until 18 October 2026 by contacting: info@pulseforum.co
After this date, name changes are not permitted.
DATA PROCESSING AND SHARING
By completing the registration form, personal data is processed via the ticketing platform MITTO and is accessible to the Organizer – SIA “Making Magic” – for the purposes of Event administration and communication.
The Organizer may share contact details (email and phone number) with Event partners for communication related to the Event.
Data processing is based on the Organizer’s legitimate interest in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are implemented to protect personal data.

AUDIOVISUAL RECORDING AND USAGE
Photography, video, and audio recording will take place during the Event.
By attending, participants consent to the use of their image, voice, and likeness for marketing, communication, and publicity purposes without limitation and without compensation.
FORCE MAJEURE
The Organizer is not liable for failure or changes due to force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, or government restrictions).
The Organizer reserves the right to reschedule or modify the Event format.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
